TRENTON KIRKLIN
Trenton Kirklin is one of the Co Founders of Dynasty Mechanics. Kirklin was a 3 year starting varsity quarterback in the Panhandle. After committing to play for Tarleton State University, Kirklin suffered a career ending ankle injury that would alter his life forever. Getting the opportunity to begin his coaching career as a sophomore in college with the university, Kirklin began working with wide receivers while still having heavy interest in the way a quarterback works. After 4 years of studying the mechanics and kinematic sequence of the quarterback, Kirklin finally found the opportunity to meet up with the best in the business when meeting Tom House and Adam Dedeaux through Mark Hartsell and Tommy Colombo. House and Dedeaux are renowned instructors who have had quarterbacks such as Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Terrelle Pryor and many others pass through their facility. When given the opportunity to work alongside the instructors, Kirklin quickly began to absorb and connect all the information he had been studying the past few years to finally understand the entire kinematic sequence as a whole. After his final season as a Texan at Tarleton State Univeristy, Kirklin has shifted his focus to the private sector in quarterback mechanics. Dynasty Mechanics is the fruition of his long term career goals. |
TRAVIS MCCLAIN
Travis McClain, one of the co-founders of Dynasty Mechanics, was born and raised in Weatherford, TX. He attended Baylor University for his undergraduate degree, while also playing football for head coach Art Briles. McClain was a three time letter winner for the Bears and earned multiple Big XII Commissioners Honor Roll honors. McClain was fortunate enough to be a part of the triumphant return of the Bears to Bowl contention in the 2010 season, playing in 10 of 13 games as a reserve receiver and special teams starter. Before the 2011 season McClain was awarded a full athletic scholarship and was again a major contributor on the Bears Alamo Bowl Championship team that finished with a 10-3 record, #13 national ranking, and a Heisman Trophy Quarterback in Robert Griffin III. Upon graduation, McClain spent a year in the business world before returning to school at Tarleton State university in pursuit of his Master's Degree. The return to school was driven by his desire to pursue his true passion which is molding and impacting young men, and the positive impact the game had been on his life, and McClain wanted to pass that influence on to others. As a product of Dino Babers, Head coach of Syracuse University, McClain had become a fanatic of the wide receiver position and the technique that went with it. With a thirst for technical knowledge to playing the game, and playing the position at a high level, the idea of specialty coaching became a potential career path. After pairing up with Kirklin at Tarleton State, Dynasty Mechanics is the unique opportunity to break into an untapped market and begin preparing athletes to dominate the wideout position at the next level. |
